Time Billing Guidelines

- Minimum billing increment is 0.5 hours (30 minutes) per task
- Quoted hours reflect the standard estimated time to professionally complete each task, including:
- Initial analysis and planning
- Task execution and quality checks
- Configuring or optimizing tools/software required for task execution.
- Client communication and coordination
- Research and Development: Investigating best practices, tools, or methods to optimize task outcomes.
Work Capacity and Schedule
Our standard operating parameters include:
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM local time
- Holiday Schedule:
- Public holidays will be observed
- Planned vacation time will be communicated at least 4 weeks in advance
- Emergency/sick leave will be communicated as soon as possible
Communication Standards
We maintain professional communication standards:
- Response Time: All communications will be acknowledged within 24 business hours
- Meeting Requests: Must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance
- Emergency Protocol: For urgent matters, contact will be established through designated channels
- Status Updates: Provided regularly for ongoing projects
Project Management
- Work Requests: Must be submitted in writing via designated platforms
- Change Requests: Any changes to ongoing work require written approval
- Priority Levels: Work will be prioritized as agreed upon in writing
- Dependencies: Client-dependent tasks require materials/feedback within 3 business days
Quality Assurance
We maintain high quality standards:
- All work will be performed to professional standards
- Testing and verification included in service delivery
- Any rework due to our error will be addressed promptly
- Client feedback should be provided clearly and promptly
- All revision requests must be provided in writing
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, we own or license all rights, title and interest (including intellectual property rights) in our Site and all of our Content. Your use of our Site and your use of and access to any Content does not grant or transfer to you any rights, title or interest in relation to Our Intellectual Property. You must not:
